Sounddog dog noices12/25/2023 He constantly stunk, his face always smelled like poop because he always dug his face in whatever he could find outside and he had a particular favoritism for any animal's poop. He might have even killed one of our parrots, Polly (I know- original, right?). When cats hissed at him, he charged for them. Anyone yelling at him to go back to our house, he'd chase them. Anything that stunk, he got it on himself. If there was anything wet outside, he got it on himself. And we all hated him automatically too, because he was a terribly behaving dog- he tested every single last nerve. But this was a dog that he loved automatically. And my father was so upset that we had 3 dogs already because none of them were really housebroken. When our family bought him, we had 3 dogs already. It was a completely natural reaction to seeing this dog. ![]() Because he was so cute that, I swear this is true, you just invented new ways of recognizing animal cuteness. And he always had his tongue sticking out just a little bit and when he did, he looked so innocent and adorable, it made you want to just squeal. He was a pekenese dog, with the little scrunched up nose in the middle of his face, his head was the shape of those alien-things in batteries not included. And he had big floppy ears, and loved being picked up even though he was just a little big when you held him. He had so much personality and character that people instantly wanted to pet him, kiss him, and pick him up and hug him. People say this sort of thing about their dogs all the time, but in this case it's true. No matter where we went, when people saw him they knew he was special. He was the kind of dog people instantly fell in love with. And still you just can't.Īnd I'm not a religious man by any means, I don't even go to church. If you wanted to say that you could have done it for 9/11 or other things. So try to imagine the suffering of the animal and mine as well.īut not because my dog died I blame God for that. I always asked my family to put him to sleep but they just kept the time passing until finally they decided to do it a couple of months later. ![]() The few times I did he didn't recognize me and growled at me. I couldn't go outside to see him because my heart would break everytime. I had to watch him suffer that way for months. And he must have got cancer in his eyes or something because he didn't have eyeballs anymore, just "things". I experienced the same thing but so much worse than you. Which just leaves one other option: if any higher power exists, he is a sick bastard who kills without regard. If he ever did, the way people talk about him and think of him - he's dead. It's not like he lives in some people's lives like it's a matter of if you don't "accept" him than he'll have no impact. This is the kind of tragedy that proves beyond any shadow of a doubt that God does not exist. We're going to be doing something sometime and expect to see him or hear him somewhere and he won't be there but we won't know it until we go looking for him. You know how some things are just so unthinkable that if they do happen you can't completely believe it. It JUST happened but it's gonna keep happening over and over again. ![]() This is going to hit us all again soon, and it's going to hit very hard. And he was such a sweet dog, even though he always growled he never would bite. And I gave him almost every single one of his baths. He was more than a part of the family, he was family. Even though he was a lot of trouble- always getting sprayed by skunks and a lot of other things. I ran right out there and the woman driving the car said "he's gone." My mother is sad but she's not as sad as I expected she would be. A few minutes later this guy ran up to our door and told us that our dog was hit by a car. Then the UPS truck came to deliver a package next door and he was outside. You know how it's your dog too when you live with your family even though you didn't pay for it? Well I was visiting my mother today and I saw him and he was full of attitude as usual.
